General Description
- Rectifier cabinet (Input circuit breaker, input current meter, voltmeter (with selector switch) and input voltage indicating light)
- Inverter and output cabinet (The inverter is made of single phase MOSFET inverter bridges connected in CFI. The power of single-phase bridge is 60KW/120KW. Five such inverter bridges are provided to obtain the rated power
- Closed circuit water cooling system (The rectifier cabinet and the inverter output cabinets are interconnected with copper cables)
- Operator desk
- Mechanical adjustment device (It is used for installation and positioning of the inverter output cabinet. The adjustments are carried out manually )

- High/low frequency protection functions of the inverter to avoid open-circuit and short-circuit between the work coil and pipe.

- 460V DC at the rectifier out put provides high overall efficiency and input power factor.
- DC over-current, AC over-current and over-voltage protections provide highest level of protection for each inverter bridge, which ensures its fail safe operation.

- It must be Installed inside a covered area with proper earthing (cross section area 4 mm2, grounding resistance ≤4Ω.

- Ambient temperature 5~40°C
- Air humidity < 85%.
- Vibration free with clean environment
- The place should have reasonably good ventilation
